5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and condition.

To request a return, contact us at returns@urbanlit.com with your order number. Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Items purchased at a discount or during a promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
