Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide from our headquarters in Amsterdam. Whether you're in Europe, North America, or beyond, our team ensures your UrbanLit® order is carefully packed and shipped with care.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within two to three business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Time
Orders shipped within The Netherlands are delivered within two business days after processing. This applies to all in-stock items and standard delivery addresses. We partner with trusted local carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the country.
Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. For most destinations in Europe, delivery typically takes between three to seven business days. For international orders, delivery can take seven to twelve business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will see the total cost of shipping before you confirm your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. UrbanLit® is not responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by customs authorities.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this information to follow your package’s journey from our studio to your door.

If your order is delayed or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@urbanlit.com. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
